The better performance? Priyanka in Barfi or Rani in Black?

PC in Barfi! She was incredible and totally convincing as an autistic girl.

Rani on the other hand was way too OTT for my liking 🥱 IMO, the little girl(Ayesha Kapur) overshadowed her big time with her sublime performance as young Michelle.

Rani in Black for me, it is stunningly great performance which is criminally overlooked and I dislike that woman to the core.
Priyanka was also great.

A very wrong notion people have that, mentally challenged character = Oscar winning performance.

Rani was average at best in Black. PC was miles ahead as Jhilmil.

I'll go with Rani in Black. I dislike her a lot but its one of the greatest female acting performances of all time.

Playing a blind, deaf person is much more difficult than playing an autistic one. Rani was exceptional, she got all the awards that year for Black.
