1. Gauri goes to faculty office. The teacher tells her that her scholarship has been cancelled and she has not submitted her fees yet and thus can not appear in exam. She wants to talk to ppl who gave her scholarship but the teacher reminds her that she should not as they are Maans and will not change theior decision. Gauri asks him to give her two days time. He tells her that he has already given her five days time and has told that to Pratham. Gauri is amazed to know that Pratham knew it. He tells her that she will have to pay the fee by tomorrow or els she will not be able to sit in exams. Gauri recalls the scene where Pratham has proposed her and she tells him that she needs to go abroad and Pratham had said that for her career is important than him. Gauri doubts if Pratham hid it from her so that she can not appear in exam but them denies the thought saying Pratham can not do so. the teacher asks her to take help from a women's welfare organization to financially support her for her studies.
2. Gauri calls Pratham again and again but he is not around. She recalls teacher telling her about contacting women's welfare org. So she starts writing a leeter o them. In that process she writes a lot of letters and discards them. Finally she writes one.
3. Gauri is on road infront of shops when Monica sees her and they chat for some time then Monica leaves.
4. Gauri gets the call from the organization to whom she has sent the letter. She is asked to visit at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow so that they can decide about her loan.
5. Gauri prays to Bhagwan to help her, takes her documents and leaves in auto. As soon as she leaves Pratham reaches hom in other auto. He goes in and calls for Gauri. He sees the discarded letters by Gauri and picks up one. But soon the phone bells rings and he picks it up. CM tells him that Gauri is in trouble and he should reach Maan NGO as soon as possible. She puts the phone down with a bitchy smile on her face.
6. Gauri goes to Maan's NGO office. She is led to CM's office. She introduces herself and when the woman puts the newspaper down Gauri realises that it is CM. Gauri wants to leave but Monica's mom enter with few ladies. Pratham enetrs the office too. Gauri looks at him and is amazed to see him here. CM welcomes Pratham saying "Come one Pratham. Your wife needed help and as your CM i will help her". Pratham gives a hurt look to Gauri. CM adds that getting married and them studying needs alot of money but they do not have to worry as she will give her the money. Monica's mom adds that on Karishma's wedding she has given some money to this girl which he has returned her but todays she will give that money back to this girl. Pratham looks at Gaui in anger. Gauri tells them that if she knew this organization belonged to them than she would have never come here. Pratham takes Gauri's hand in his hand and takes her out. Pratham asks her that why she came here for money. Gauri tells him that she did not know to whom this organization belongs. Pratham says that she should have known and that will they have to live with Maan's money. He says he did not expect this from Gauri. Gauri says that even she did not expect Pratham not to tell her about fees and forgot such an important stuff. Pratham says that he did not forget but what he did had a reason behind it. Pratham says that he has nothing her studies and that she has badly hurt him and leaves. Monica was standing there behind a wall and listening all this. She gets very hapy.
7. CM, Monica and her mom are in the office. Cm says that their plan was good but it did not end that good. Monica says that it is just a stat. They all laugh.
8. Dolly Mausi is meditating for her daughters to get married. Arjun comes and makes fum and tells her that he will help her to find a good guy for her daughters.
9. Gauri is sitting on sofa with a sad look on her face. Pratham enters and sits next to her. He says Gauri. Gauris says "Pratham i should not have gone to that place and must have waited for u". Pratham touches her head with love and says that he should not have gone mad at her. Gauri says that he got mad coz she did something wrong and says sorry. Pratham says that the life they have started does not need sorry and thanks. They both smile. Pratham touches her face with love and says he missed her badly in Puna. Gauri says that she missed him too. Pratham asks her to close her eyse and puts an envelop in her hand. Gauri opens her eyes and sees that her fees has been submitted, Pratham tells her that he wen to Puna for advance money for her fees. She says she loves him and they touch their heads and screen fades out.
10. Karishma is at home when she gets a call from Rahul who wnats to meet her. She acts as if phone is for her husband Varun and cuts it. Varun enters and asks about phone. She lies that it was for him and she forgot to ask the name. Varun asks Karishma to go with him to office so that he can spend most of his time with him and can get info about business.
11. Aditya Maan tells his employs that they should get the site at any cost no matter who high the bidding goes. He says he wants no mistakes.
12. Pratham and Mr.Shergil are in his office. Mr. Shergil appreciates Pratham's performance and tells him that he will have to represent them in the bidding for the prime location. He tells them that they need this place at any cost. Pratham is happy but when he tells him that Aditya Maan will also be there he gets shocked.
13. Pratham and Gauri are at home. Pratham sees the news in newspaper which heading is Maan Vs Maan as the son and father will fight against each other in bidding. Pratham is upset. Gauri senses it. Pratham tells her about the news and that he was going there as an employ and now he has no idea of what to do. Gauri tells him to listen to his heart as his heart will make the best decision. She leaves to get ready for her extra classes.

Gauri goes to his office where CM and Monica's mom are already sitting. Gauri is amazed to see them. Principal tells her that she is restiocated for leaking exam papers and selling them to students. gauri is shocked. She says she has never done so and can't even think of doing so. Principal tells her that college trust has taken its decision. CM tells Gauri not to act innocent and that she has put a bad image on college's reputation and says that when a relative of theirs do such a thing it is shameful for them. CM gets a call on her mobile. She talks to someone and says that the girl always put them in trouble. Gauri is very hurt to hear this.
