Maya is shocked to know that she's been caught, but very tactfully passes the blame on to Kanta. Vikram asks Kanta to leave the house immediately. However, Anupama requests him to forgive her.

omg!!! i cant belive she wud blame her own mother...how evil can she get..but luk at anu's nice heart she asked him to forgive her...now kanta shud like anupama..if she dusnt then em guna be hatin her alot 😡

I think Vikram knows that Maya changed Kundali so it will not match. So, maya blamed it on her mother stating she is the one who changed the Kundali...
