To be honest, I see nothing wrong with the attitude.
Before marriage and kids, career women are asked when they will marry or have kids and what role family has in their career. After marriage and kids, career women are asked what it is like to be a mom and how it affects their career.

Men do not have to answer as many questions about marriage and kids. Of course, they do get asked about wife and kids. Some rare exceptions like Salman get badgered about marriage. But their public image does not get reduced to a parent. Their films, their career are still important.

Take Saif, through this kid and previous his interviews never became focused all about being a dad. They ask about his films, his opinions, even politics in which he has no role. Take Shahid, all the focus is on stay at home mom Mira. No one is asking Shahid about how being a dad is changing his career or how much time he should be spending at home as a dad.

So whoever this celebrity is, Kareena or anyone else. They have a primary career. They may be a mom, but the reason the world knows them is because they are an actor. Unless SRK, Saif, Aamir, Hrithik, Shahid and all Bollywood dads get rebranded as dads who are also actors, it is completely fair of this celebrity to be treated as an actor first and mom secondary/

Stupid, graceless, classless biach. She's acting like she did the world a huge favour by bringing a baby into this world. I hope this is all a temporary phase for the sake of that poor soul. The negative after effects of a cold/neglectful/uninvolved parent haunt the child for the rest of its life. It's not enough to be present all the time if you always appear so freakin disinterested in your child.

Look at the way Aishwarya handled her pregnancy and motherhood and then look at Kareena. It yet again highlights why Kareena can never fall in the same league as Aish in terms of grace and class.

I totally understand the idea that women don't want to be known only for their marriages and children and have an identity outside of that.
BUT KKK was the one who threw her pregnancy in everyones face, publicized it like she was the first woman to ever be pregnant and working and how she would be returning to work a month right after, which she has not (and thats ok, had she not tried to shove that down everyone's throat). She herself made her life all about her pregnancy by publicizing it so much, so how the hell can she complain when people ask about it. Like girl you documented every minute of it yourself and then you cry foul for being questioned. Also you don't have much going on not he professional front right now to ask about so what else will people ask about.

Feel sad for Taimur. But Kareena is annoying AF.
She needs to retire and click pics with her wannabe gang just like her sister.

We will probably see a slew of 'family' pics on amagazine covers and Kareena posing lovingly with baby now that all this criticism is there.

She's allowed to not want her first identity to be Mom. Being a mom is a part of life but not every woman wants to be defined first and foremost by that especially when it comes to their professional and working life.

Do men only get relegated to being fathers at their workplaces? How offensive it would be to drag their personal life into other things like that.

As for using nannies, almost every mother would use a nanny if she could afford it. It would be a huge relief to have someone to do the dirty work like changing diapers and waking up in the middle of the night to give a bottle. Mothering is much more than just stupid stuff like that.

What's wrong in that ? I personally cannot stand the acts of these stars when they spill all their personal lives all over the media. Almost everyone's got a kid man, what's the big fuss about it ?

I like Kareena's stance to not lose her primary identity after being a mother. BS. A woman is a woman first, what she made of her is her primary identity, with or without the baby.

More power to her.
