I also kinda think that unlike S1 ,they tried to make content "sexier & edgier" this time .

Kawach had some intimate scenes(more compared to Naagin) and probably EK wanted Naagin 2 to be on the same line, especially coz EK seems to be obsessed with sex and skin show(most of her films, if not all, seemed to be based on skin show and sex only ).

But people complained about too much sexiness of kawach, especially since it airs at 8 pm weekends .

So, evidently , kawach lost its plot since they really didn't have much left to offer

The same happened with naagin 2 too.

Not that they have stopped.

They are still heavy on skin show though.

Rocky without any concrete reason opens his shirts.

Plus as rein said, the dhoti malfunction was intentional and the cvs thought a little bit of skin show from ML would give them trps and Rocky fan base.

I now think Arjun Bijlani has been replaced by KVB for this same reason.

Kv definitely has an edgier and sexier image than AB, who's more on the cute side.

But this broadcaster regulations forced EK to cut a lot of Rocky's intended role in the original storyline.

So it seems to us he's basically an unwanted fungus.

shesha's lust on rocky is a waste in ns2. but ekta loves shesha's HKP image i guess. thats why they introduced this love cum lust angle.😆😆😆

I think it's pretty unnecessary.
Plus naagmani is like the briefcase from Pulp fiction(quentin Tarantino).
Everybody wants it, but nobody (viewers to chhod, even the characters involved)has basically no idea about its utility.
Now in literary language, it's called a mcguffin.
Now, it's usage for a 3 hr long film (or 2) is ok, but pulling the hunt for a seemingly useless object for 100+ 1hr episodes is basically torture.

It's a delicious irony that Yamini & Co. have now completely forgotten about the Naagmani and instead their sole focus is Rocky's 'power'.

Basically, 'Rocky ka Sach' is going to be the next Naagmani when it comes to 'driving' the episodes forward.

Dunno you'll agree with me or not but they conceived this rocky ka sach only recently .

And this is hella boring.

There should be no naagin 3 anymore .

Luna, I'll disagree slightly.

Rocky turning out to be a non-human was planned from before. It was meant to be the 'trump card' to turn things around when all other tracks were exhausted or milked to their last capacity.

They decided to turn him a 'Snake' at the last minute, yes. Probably because they couldn't think of any other creature that would compliment a Snake-woman. Not that I'm complaining though; this track is stellar and intriguing. Let's hope the Creatives utilize it's potential to the fullest.

I'm agreeing .

But knowing EK's cvs, they'll probably end up doing something stupid.

They always build a beautiful momentum, but fail at the climax .

But it's only 3 episodes into this track and I'm not seeing any marked improvement in rocky's performance
