I think 40 is exaggeration.

She looks 36/37 to me..that is kareena's age.

Yes, that is why I wrote "40" as some people have said. I think she looks 32 or 33.

Maybe it's the genes :)

Also, she's a classically trained dancer (Bharatnatyam I think), usually, classically trained dancers age slowly from what I've seen.

She is quite thin and you would be less likely to notice aging in thin people. She has access to surgeons. She has already lightened her skin, so corrective procedures aren't off the radar for her.
