Who are supposed to be a part of development team? Is it someone who volunteers, or is it appointed by site?

Appointed by site. I think there is a shortage of DT's. Some mods aren't even active. It's actually a gong show!!!

Annoying really.

PS:

I can create the Creations and Pictures Gallery if you all want. I have done so in other forums. Will just have to chase after a MOD to get it put up in the important section of this forum.

I have created the Pictures Gallery and the Creations thread. I have PM'd a MOD to get it posted in the important section.
