Guys, I seriously wanted to post this part tonight...but after writing for almost 10 hours, I am exhausted today. I still have to write 2-3 more pages, as it would bring the part to the conclusion where I wanted to finish it...And that particular part is a very sensitive part to write, so would leave it alone for tomorrow when I can start again with fresh mind and ideas.
So for now, here is the teaser for this coming part...There would be lot of different scenarios covered in this part...this is one of a scenario between the two.

Next day again was the repetition of previous morning, except today Khushi refused to get fooled by the boyish charm of her husband's face as he slept so peacefully beside her. Feeling of nausea gripped her this morning also and she almost wanted to kick her husband awake but the urgency of the moment took that pleasure away from her as she ran to the bathroom.
After the second bout, she hardly had an energy to stand on her legs, as she kneels against the cool tiles of the bathroom, with her eyes closed and retched miserably. This nausea was getting worse by the day and she was feeling hot, grimy and sweaty already. A mewling sound of relief escaped her lips as she felt cool towel against her brow and cranked open her eyes to peek at the concerned look on her husband's face. His kind act did absolutely nothing but raise her ire as she snatched the towel from his hand and said sharply. "Can't I have a moment of privacy?"
Arnav frowned at the tone and said. "I just wanted to see.if, ."
But, before he could finish, his fragile looking wife, who was for her own reasons on a rampage trip since this morning snapped again." What? What did you want to see? Is there some drama going on here, that you came to applaud the performance?"
Arnav stiffened at her tone and refrained from saying something sharp back at her. How could he when she was looking so pale and frail, though her eyes sparkled as she shot daggers at him before leaning over the bowl to retch some more.
In between the retching, holding her belly Khushi still continued in staccato when he tried to hold her by shoulder. "Leave...me...I do..n'...t need...you..r fal..se...concern.."
"False concern hmm!" He said quietly as he held her hair away from her face so they won't get soiled. This rant must be the result of the discomfort she had to bear this unwanted pregnancy. He grimaced and could hardly disagree that she was not suffering.
So, in an even, soothing tone he said. "My concern for you is very real Khushi." And when she leaned her face against the cool tiles, he simply held her and asked to distract her mind. "So, how was your day, yesterday?"
Ah! If only he knew he had just put his foot on an ax when she threw another withering look in his direction and straighten up. "My day was just fine Arnav, glad you got time to ask me now." She said sarcastically and started rapidly throwing water on her face to cool and wash at the same time. He narrowed his eyes and looked at the shrew of his wife and said. "What do you mean by that Khushi. I called you several times, yesterday to ask how you were doing? I thought we had called a truce but I might be wrong." With that he took the dry towel from nearby rack and looked at her with surprise as she snatched it from his hand with a renewed energy and said while scrubbing dry her face. "Oh! Sorry you had to take some time out in between your precious work and precious girl friend to call and check upon your unwanted wife at home just because unfortunately, she happens to be pregnant with your child."
Wow! What did she eat yesterday? His mind reeled from her accusatory attack early in the morning and it took him a moment to grasp full meaning of her rambling. So alright he was busy with his business work, but what was this rant about the girlfriend?
After pouring some mouth wash, as he gave it to her so she could rinse her mouth. And as he watched her gargling and giving him a sour look, his lips twitched in mirth and he said. "I don't know about Rachel, but Kevin won't like if you call her my girlfriend."
Wiping her face, now since she was feeling a bit refreshed, she straightened up her shoulder and pulled her hair up in a messy bun and away from her face. Then she glared at him. He was being deliberately obtuse and that was irking her now. She would have never taken Lavanya's name but he, who always wrongly accused her of duplicity needed to be shown his own face.
"I was not talking about Rachel. Now tell me Arnav, after your lunch and dinner yesterday were you able to convince Lavanya, or do you want me to call her and inform, how you poor ASR have been trapped in this temporary marriage." Her voice had started to crack and her lips wobbled and before she crumbled right in front of him, she marched out of the bathroom with slightly hunched up posture while Arnav simply shook his head as if in disbelief. His ears still couldn't believe the nonsense they had just heard as he muttered. "What the." for third time in row.
