Analysis of OmRu

I agree that Tejvi are bad example of parents. Nothing said about Tej is better. He is man who was ready to see his son being food for crocodile and was enjoying his wedding such a father he is. Tej only knows to blame everyone be it Janvi or Om or Rudra for anything wrong happens without finding the actual reason why it all happening. Tej should be thankful to God that he is father of OmRu who still give him little respect due to relation otherwise his condition would have been worse than Kali and his men.


Janvi too crossed limits in her selfishness. She was ready to die missing those moments when Tej insulted her. Never did she thought about OmRu. She forgot her elder son was going to fed to crocodile and younger was also in captivation of Kaali who could kill them. Instead of trying to fight for her kids she was heading for suicide. Agar Marna hi tha to she should have tried to snatch gun or remote from kali Instead of going near Acid. Now no one can blame OmRu when they try to force this relation on Tej as now even if they want Janvi to take divorce they won't dare to ask her to take divorce. Even today when Janvi was asking about Om and Bua Ma it felt more like she wants her protective shields against Tej. In the end when she was praying to god please take care of her kids I was like till now God is only taking care of them. She is so lucky to have kids like OmRu who love and respect her and can give their life for her even after seeing her drowning in alcohol for so many years and not hating her for spoiling their childhood. Instead she is running after Tej.


Due to Tejvi this attitude Shivaye had to become parent to OmRuPri. Shivaye had become the major decision maker in their life and they handed their life in hands of Shivaye and trust him the most with any decision for them. Even Though Om fought with Shivaye for right or wrong still he trust only Shivaye for major or Vital decisions in their life. Om had become their integral part


Even Om assumed the parental role for RuPri. Om had always been protective about his mother and his brother and sisters. Om had become their basic need be it Rudra who always clinged to him for security or person he can go to anytime, blame him for his mischiefs knowing very well that Om will protect him. Even Pri she could demand driving in night of her birthday. Everyone looked towards Om to handle naughty Rudra and to teach him something. His contributions in their life were never acknowledged maybe because they doesn't seems as big steps or maybe he was their real elder brother so it was considered as his responsibilities. Only one mistake of taking drug made him look like weak person in his family which they sugarcoated as his sensitivity. They never came to know what actually made him to take drugs and no one could assess his strength. This is the reason I feel whereas he exerted his rights as brother with Shivaye freely scolding him whenever he feels shivaye is wrong but Shivaye is always hesitant to scold Om. Shivaye had only slapped him when Om went to extremes like drug overdose. He always took his relations very seriously and that is the reason he is going bareilly to save his best friend Chulbul. Uff now Gauri will understand another level of his devotion and loyalty as friend hopefully even Om would understand at least goodness of Gauri if not her pure love himself. To tell the truth I was really disappointed when Janvi and Bua Ma came to know about Gauri because I thought now they will prove Gauri's innocence in front of Om but today when Om is going to Bareilly to save Chulbul my hope again raised that Om might understand himself without proofs that Gauri is really nice person. It will be my rare dream come true if Om himself will understand goodness of Gauri in this track without anyone advocating her or proving her innocence.


I felt bad for Rudra too as yesterday he lost his hero. Even after everything he knew his father is bad but still had little faith in his dad that he is not that bad and will redeem sooner or later but when he saw he was happily letting his O to die and slapped his mother his last straw of faith died and suddenly the man in front of him become Mr. Oberoi. It must be very painful for him to finally acknowledging that his dad is not deserving to be called as dad. As person who always tried to defuse fights between his family member had to raise his voice against his father for his mother imagine how tough it would be for him. I so wished they had given good scene to show his pain and dilemma about the same. Like Om's strength and his contributions had been underestimated in a same way Rudra's intelligence and maturity has been underestimated. Rudra the person even if he shout out on silly issues and blame Om for his stupid pranks but always hide his major issues so that no one is tensed. He hid Romi devi problem, even his wedding secret. Till now he has not tried to handle his problems rather pushed them under carpet but he really try to manage his issues himself. Tej was disappointed in him because he might be academically weak and as we can see he doesn't take anything seriously but Tej never understood Ru is not academically weak due to lack of intelligence but because he doesn't want to do. Otherwise in my opinion he is the best suitable person for business as he is capable of making good plans and has a skill of handling people. I feel Shivae exert his brain too much and make really a very complicated plans which involve family bearing all the tortures before exposure of villains (Ya I agree this is important factor for trp), Om to we know forget making good plans he can't even execute plans properly as of now. He is really straightforward person who has direct enmity or love with people around him whereas Rudra can give good and simple plans which he had given once or twice. His logical questions has point like he asked why exposing svet in front of teej is important even I feel that Tej couldn't see her real face till now then what will he see after complete exposure and even if he throw svet there is no guarantee that he will love Janvi in fact he will find someone else. It's Janvi who should understand this and leave Tej all her kids will happily follow her and keep her happy.

I still remember how Ru handled those girls showed how well he can manage people. He had always diffused ShivOm fight even if we think it's their love which made them stop fighting in front of him but he could also manage to shut tej NOT ONCE BUT TWICE.

Today I really liked when Om showed trust in Ru to take care of Janvi. Vase Om had always shown his trust in Ru that is the reason he tried to involve Om in every his plan and said proud of you Ru.

I agree with everything u said about Rudra. I guess Anika's memory loss drama was originally Rudy's and her plan and CVS added shivay at the last moment... that's y I wanted om and rudra to work together against Swetlana as rudra's logics work sometimes. As u said, Omkara is a very straight forward person and I wanted him to remain the same.

I really want to see some strong side of Rudy now. Rudy is not a Chile but a mature boy, he proved it many times. Only CVS should show it properly. Sometimes Rudy's innocence makes me feel he is very mature from inside who is simply trying divert everyone from their problem for sometimes, bcz only he can do this. He can shut up shivkara fighting, tej etc.

I had always felt that TeVi were not good parents (although they were much better in IB) and that has caused the children of that family the way they are, Omkara has become commitment phobic, as he feels marriages always are a disaster, Rudra has turned into a Casanova as he feels that chirpy behavior at the face would help decrease the pain at the heart and Prinku has become completely aloof of the external world (although they later revealed the reason for Prinku's behavior to be that accident whose consequences was later completely forgotten). The childhood of Obbros and Prinku could have given so much insights, but sadly CVs never explored them, apparently Obbros gave less TRPs (in the alternate universe where their story was shown), anyhow that is not the topic here so would leave it

The reason we had started calling them as Momkara and Dadvay was very much apparent in the initial episodes. Shivaaye had always been a protective shield for OmPriRu, fulfilling all their needs, thinking about them before about himself and always supporting them in whatever right or wrong they do
Omkara on the other hand was the mother to Rudra and Prinku (and probably Shivaaye too), to whom he nurtures and teaches (like in an initial episode he had told Rudra that bachpan me tujhe sikhaaya tha na ki aisa karna), he teaches them good manners, chides them for wrong behavior and ensures that they overcome their mistakes, and makes them take their own responsibilities, however the moment he feels that the situation might go out of hand like he took the blame of the accident on himself and quickly went to rescue Rudra from Romi Devi all alone, also like recently while leaving for Bareily he said that he isn't taking Rudra since he knows that KT is dangerous

I am pretty sure that TeVi kids had a very difficult childhood, and it specifically affected Om since he had seen the love of his parents (for whatever small time it was), also when he became all alone with TeVi lost in their own world, Shivaaye couldn't have immediately taken over as a father (either he himself was a kid, or else it took some time for him to realize that Om is carving for a father figure), and hence by the time Om got his father in Shivaaye, the damage was done, I guess this is the reason Shivaaye is concerned the most about him

Rudra however had a marginally better childhood, with both Shivkara taking up the responsibilities of parents and trying to conceal him from any kind of negativity, I guess Rudra grew up in this atmosphere to realize that he is the only source of happiness in the otherwise dull life of his brothers, and hence decided to never grow up and always remain their baby with his innocence and childishness intact.

I guess Prinku had the best childhood among the children as she had parents in ShivKara and a brother in Rudra, so probably she had grew up as a normal confident girl, unless that accident spoiled everything

I would like conclude saying that you are completely right, although for the TRPs they have made Shivaaye as the whole and sole of the brother bond and that Shivaaye has always been the best brother, but the truth is that all of them play equally important role in each others life and are equally good and sacrificing brother for each other
