Ketan from god knows where, found out that avni is alive and is telling the same to daya. She's in complete disbelief. I swear guys, things have now gotten serious. Avni hasn't even really started with taking her revenge on daya as she hasn't really done much, yet her truth is already seemingly coming in front of the characters, and this isn't good for avni's mission. Up until daya was under the impression that avni is dead, there was no way she would suspect that ananya is avni, but now if she finds out about avni being alive, she will be on a high alert and can easily be more suspicious about ananya being avni.
What if maybe ketan found out about avni's dextrocardia (the name of the condition where the heart is on the wrong side) somehow, and so he somehow susses out about her being alive or at least thinks that it is possible she is alive if he finds out about the heart condition?
I swear, avni needs to shift her focus from that brat of a brother of hers and focus on weakening daya and the mehta's because the longer she waits, the more powerful that witch will get. đ
