He is a Death Eater Or at least was one of the gang...In Book6, he had in Dark Mark branded to his skin and he was in cloud 9 when he was chosen to kill Dumbledore...only after he came to Hogwarts did he understand that ts near Impossible! n then we see the slow change in the boy whose soul isnt yet damaged too much yet...His heart obviously didnt lie with De's any longer...n so I guess he doesn't really qualify as a Death Eater.
More or less like Snape who was virually DE but turned out fatal for poor 'em!😆😉

Is Draco a Death Eater?
Simply put - yes, he was a Death Eater.
He was ordered by voldermort to do his bidding and Draco agreed to do it thus Draco became Voldie's minion i.e. a Death Eater, regardless of Draco wanting to be that minion or not.
One can call him the reluctant Death eater.

Do we know if Narcissa is a death eater? I think she is but it hasn't been explicitly stated and all quotes have been giving me contradictory information.
I would've picked Draco had he been in the poll so I'm choosing Lucius. The rest of them are just plain creepy and/or fill in characters, at least Lucius has finesse and I have no idea if Narcissa really is or if she isn't a death eater (otherwise I would've chosen her).
Wow this took a lot more thinking then polls usually do…
