Guys, can you please tell me if she meant that rudy will get a new lead?

please give me some details about what she meant about this new girl?

As in it will be Rumya right? i really hope they dont bring a ramdom new girl for rudy, and introduce her as the new lead in the show!

Sorry don't wanna disappoint you, but it sounded to me like she meant a new girl only. She said the girl opposite Rudy will be more like SSO while Rudy will be Anika-like. So the reverse of what she's always done; with a saaru girl and happy-go-lucky boy. She said the track will begin after IPL

... and it could also be Saumya in a new avaatar.
They did say that she was going to change when she returned next because of her friction with Rudy and become this 'Shallow' kind of girl that he normally fell for.
So you may have the same Neha but more into outward beauty than brains. I did find her similar to Shivvay quite a lot btw ... I have always mentioned that

I hope for this. If all they can do is create bubbly or arrogant ML/FLs, then change Saumya the way they changed Omkara. Also, are you sure they said she'd change? They don't need to scrap Rumya. I am more than willing to watch Rumya's change as long as Lee and Neha get the Rumya story. They both deserve their due. Praying for Rumya endgame.

I also found saumya somehow like Shivaay. I can't describe what it was. But felt so. I liked their interactions very much. But new girl is not saumya. They are casting new actress.

I was actually surprized than none of the questions were about neha ... i expected a q about her to pop here or there but now

technically as @Risha said ... the way she was talking it sounded only like a new girl only and it's more likely because

1- gul said herself (in an article) that Rumya's track is on hold

2- gul said ( in an aritcle) that they haven't finalized the girl yet (which means there's a new girl)

what i think is it will be an experiment ... if it clicks with audiances then Neha will just turn darker and darker till she becomes a total villain ... if not then Soumya is back and we would get both a love triangle and A NEW NB

Trust me yaar, I want this to happen. But I have enough experience with Gul to know it won't. Also, some pretty legit rumors doing the rounds ke Lee has been doing tests with a new girl. I really hope am wrong and RuMya is end game because what's happening to Neha... Well, it's hard not to take it personally, as a girl.

@Bold: That sounds likely. Because they WILL have to address the marriage issue, as well. Unless of course, they decide to pretend it never happened 🤣

Ideally, when the new girl comes in I wanted Rudra to realize Saumya 's importance eventually. And at that time I wanted Saumya to not give in and basically make Rudra work hard for her to fall in love with him. I wanted the new girl to be the new NB sister and not Chutki ( if rumours are true)
