I don't think anything like that will happen. I feel she will try to hide their past for not to create any misunderstandings between mehrya.

Option 1 is already played out by KC.

I think the mysterious person will come to the forefront whoever he or she is. Maybe they'll try to blackmail Karuna and Svetlana will come to know of the truth and will create some trouble on MehRya marriage day by revealing the truth. 😔

Karuna Maa has seen the way her son is so protective over and so much in love with Mehek.
