I don't know which one I like more.

Music- Baahubali 1 definitely

Action- Baahubali 1 definitely

Beautiful scenery- Baahubali 1 because it was the first time. For 2 it seemed like they were trying too hard to top the first one. Having said that 2 was also beautiful.

Romance- Baahubali 2!

Brothers drama- Baahubali 1

Overall story- Baahubali 2

I feel like Baahubali 1 was a better movie than but Baahubali 2. But Baahubali 2 did something Baahubali 1 didn't and that is make me cry for almost 15 good minutes. Even before Katappa killed Baahubali I started sobbing because the set up to it was really good.

So which one did you like more and why?

I think bahubali 2 is better.. It had better emotions, drama, story setup, dialogues, better dubbing [for hindi]... It even had comedy too.. Bahubali 1 movies had better songs and that waterfall sequence was the best!! But it was boring at parts.. On the other hand part 2 was engaging despite its length.. So overall 2 is a winner for me... And yea one more reason which makes it better, is anushka as devasena 😳

First I felt had better cgi and effects while 2nd have better emotion and drama.

Agree. I also loved LOVED LOVED the battle scenes in the first one. It is so rare that I love battle scene but when they are incredible I always go back and watch them 50 times. Baahubali 1 had battle sequences that could rival LOTR and Game of thrones. But 2 battles scene where disappointing. I did not like the bulls on fire or palm tree catapult.

Emotion and drama wise Baahubali 2 completely wins.

Bahubali 2.

The romance between Mahendra and Avanthika was quite creepy in 1. The romance in 2 was spectacular especially when it comes to chemistry.

The characters wise I loved Devasena and Sivagami the most. Amarendra more than Mahendra and this version of Ballaladeva and Bijaladeva more than 1. Kattappa rocked in both.

Visuals wise, both were kind of sensory overload at different points. So not sure.

Songs and music wise, Bahubali 2 is a clean sweep.
