lol could be. But won't it be too long if he is shooting today as from precap it looks like she will meet the doctor tomorrow or may be she won't be able to.

Aise hi kuch din pehele ek younger actor ka pic tha. Ppl went prinku ka rishta and all that. Nikla press conference reporters me se ek. 😆

It looks like theyre a little behind on the episodes... doesnt look like they have a solid episode bank. Just yesterday (or was it day before?) NM posted a pool/pond pic.. I think thats where the orphanage was shot.
