So I understand that ticket prices are often changed in India but from what I know U.S ticket prices tend to stay the same depending on what time and what theater you go to. Except for freaking Baahubali. What are these prices?
$15 all across, even in the morning when ticket prices are like $5-6 dollars. That is 3x what people would pay for regular movies. For the U.S people, has this happened with another Hindi movie before?

I don't doubt it. They are charging usual imax price for regular tickets so don't even want to imagine what they will do to imax prices.
I would really hate it if Bollywood starts playing this ticket price game in U.S.

Couldn't have been more in demand than Beauty and the beast which had standard theater price. They are doing this to make more money out of this movie.

Exactly...They just want to make the most of the hype, regardless of how the movie fares with the WOM...Granted the costs incurred in distributing a foreign movie are much more than a HW movie, but still $35 is just too much...
