@ anu and smriti...the punju gal act is actually not too tough. its all over the place!!! but what really amazes me is how comforatble she is with her body. unlike shilpa...watch them dance and you know. shilpa tries to look pretty whatever she does. that's the reason she fails so miserably!! even when she is dancing she is trying to be oh la la delicate.I've noticed that too!! Especially obvious during the "sone de nakhre" sequence! I was cringing throughout....double dose ho gaya tha...both the voice and "delicate/cute expressions"😆😆😆 As Mehak put it so aptly...sounded like Lady Reshammiya😆😆muskaan doesn't care....its whole hearted participation. one of the main prerequisites of a good actor. Exactly! The contrast of her dancing in a totally carefree manner with Atul in that very scene! Loved it!!

our stage exercises during rehearsals always comprised of jumping around like monkeys and staring into each others eyes, to lose that inhibition.That sounds hilarious, Aarti!😆😆 looks shilpa never did that!!!Nope, she definitelydidn't! btw, can you imagine KSG and Muskaan conducting a workshop fcor her and actually demonstrating this jumping around like monkeys bit to actually help her out??😆😆😆

@anu...poo bani parvati was hilariously over the top! And I get what you are saying abt Geet being a more whacky character and hence the contrast! Loved the movie!!

@aarti...the thing is Shilpa seems very conscious abt her looks and she is always trying to act lil miss coy! I saw some pics of her frm some photo shoot...she had such an artificial look on her face! This comes from trying to look a certain way all the time...fit into the image you think the world perceives you as! Muskan is the anti thesis (like you have said in the beg of this post!) of that school of thought. She is very comfortable with herself, her looks, her body and cares 2 hoots abt how the world perceives her! Hence the naturalness. To shake a limb without inhibitions you better not be worried which direction its headed in and whether it makes you look funny!!😉
