Since my exams are over today, again I am back on my duty to maintain the forum rank 😳
But I will be leaving soon for a long trip but till I am here, let's have fun...
I start a puzzle thread... Everyone is allowed to post in their answers but no cheating.. Once a thread is pink, I will make a new one with a different puzzle again.. 😃

FIRST PUZZLE

A Man carries his son into the hospital because his son has a nail in his foot. The Surgeon then walks in and says "I cannot operate on this boy as he is my son".
What is going on here? 😉
