I don't think he knows about confession because fb is on shivika , she could have remembering before loosing consious, but i think they showed fb to fill 20 minutes episode, but knows she loves him by her gesture

It's not about om's view but the lack of clarity on shivay's views , i think nkk exist very much for him, he is not ready to accept he is love

Then how can he even romance? Is he despo romancing a girl he has no intention to settle with? Also he is romancing more after wife declaration only. He even said patni ho meri hug karsakti ho. Is it not giving right of a wife?

Nkk is still there but Annika is the exception...

om believes wat shivaay said but the truth is shivaay himself doesn't know wat he is doing..his saying and doings are different..in the beginning of the show shivaay said he will throw Annika out of his house but at last he is the one stopped her...he then said he will divorce her but he is one who didnt sign it...then he said he wnt accept her as his wife but he is one accepted her now he said he can't imagine her as his child's mother..we all know she will became his children's mother...om said that he considers Annika as friend...Ya right that's why he is now doing all the romance with her...I think om doesn't know it because he rarely comes to the ground floor

Ok om doesn't know but rudra knows n saw them in kitchen, n knows more then om about shivika, y he said billu KO mohabat hogi not hogaye, harneet twitted he will realise when he is ready for it , if Anika is exception , y no realisation yet , i think Om is exception because om is not gonna be the mother of his kids😆, his ideology's r only for him that's what makes him what he is, i have no problems with nkk , but it should not be unclear becz it will make look shivay cheap n selfish who doesn't want to have long term relationship with girl without nkk but becomes uncontrollable near her
