The only one that comes to my mind is "Emraan Hashmi" I know NEVER dated any of his Co-star not 100% sure about others.

I don't know if she confirmed it but heard that she was crazy for sunnil shetty, don't know if sunnil was ever that serious about her because he never wanted to leave his wife and kids for her, I think urmila's husband is small time actor that did a supporting role in luck by chance.

Madhuri not only dated Sanjay Dutt, they were due to get married in 1993! They were far more serious than Salman-Ash or Ranbir-Deepika. Please do some research.
Sanjay got into trouble with the law in early '93 so Madhuri dumped him. Google some magazine covers from that time, you might find something.

Juhi Chawla was HOTLY rumoured to be having an affair with Rishi Kapoor. Rishi I think has admitted getting super close to one of his heroines in an interview with Simi Garewal (a year ago I think) - Neetu was also present 😲😕 - he was referring to Juhi.

But both sanjay dutt and rishi kapoor were married at that time and they didn't left their wives for madhuri and juhi, so I wouldn't count those link up as strong affair because in BW actors actresses usually get link up with their co-stars and it remain a rumor till they confirm the relationship or end up getting marry.
