i saw your post yesterday. u hate Maya your right no problem and you have a right to express your views. i dnt like arguing with someone who has a set view on something coz i know they wnt change their mind and that's perfectly fine. a few things though u have already convicted and jailed Maya for things that she may not be guilty of. and thats again fine coz it can go either way in the show. the 1 thing i did not like about your post was and the thing that triggered u was maya's ' supposed undress. as someone who watched more english shows then hindi be4 i did not find anything wrong in it and i thought it was done classy. i wished that they had used saanhj's dialogues from the promos where she said she said she is going to strip maya naked aka her personality and lies. i thought that was an amazing promos Maya thinking to kill that annoying bitch(which i so love, gosh i cnt tell u) would have been more perfect an another scene. coz the main scene of her taking of her top was far more interesting. again i did not have a problem bt its being used by certain saanhj fans to degrade maya which i dnt like. again respect your views bt on this part i think that u being closed minding. it was not as if she was totally naked
and we all react to trauma differently u can not judge a person facing trauma the same. and as saanhj behavior being correct coz she is doing her job i dnt knw whether it was u who wrote it or another member bt a lawyers duty is to tackle the evidence that is part of the case u dnt interfere with the procedure or the evidence. in my country if i behaved the way saanhj did in crt i would be 1. Be reported for unprofessional behavior- 2. for attempting to corrupt a state witness which samay was and telling him not to appear in crt. charges of misconduct, corruption, tampering with state evidence. i would be barred i dnt know if its the in india bt i think most countries would charge saanhj with the same thing and she would lose her job. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER MAYA IS EVIL AND MANIPULATIVE as a lawyer she could be struck of. as for the medical evidence. dnt know if its the same again bt whether maya was actually raped, attempted rape, assault where there is any sort of physical violence and the possibility of any wounds a medical examination needs to be done so that a medical examination report can be done and handed into crt. the reason why it is important to do a medical examination immediately after an incident is if u do it later the defence attorney can claim that the wounds u had could be related to another incident and not from their client. also the part where 1 of the fans mentioned that aryaan tore maya's legging for some reason certain parts in the show are either shown or not shown depending on where u live. in my country when arjun slapped saanhj as well as the legging part was not shown.
