Sonia Roy is character played by PC in aitraaz. In that movie, Sonia frames raj in fake case of sexual assault same like maya.

Ayan physically assaults maya to get the keys which is wrong but he sees his brother in a state where he can't even get up and open the room. He gets shocked to see the condition of his brother. Physically assaulting is wrong but then people like maya do take of others people s niceness for example arjun.

Both the women who are powerful frame the man in fake cases of sexual assault. In the end, when Sonia was exposed she committed suicide because she was ashamed but I don't think maya will commit suicide rather she will become dangerous.

See the picture in this post. Physical assault does not involve being on top of a woman and bitting/kissing her neck.

Are you for real making such a comparison?

Sonia "seduced" Raj and then Raj lost control and got swayed by her advances.

Where does Maya and Ayaan situation even fit here?

And moreover Raj didn't outright deny his "doings" he felt guilty unlike Ayaan who is saying "Maine kuch nahi kiya????"

Lol lets just wait and see for the story to unfold.

Do you really think this?? We have seen multiple fights of guys where they are up on one other that doesn't mean much

But at the same time I don't agree with the TM Maya is no where Sonia, I don't think she intended to trap Ayan

Sonia was trying to revive her relationship with Raj from many years ago. She was coming on to him and trying to seduce him. He was almost swayed but then he realises what he is doing and stops. However Sonia is "scorned" by his rejection and makes a false claim of "attempted rape".

In this situation even if Maya so called "planned" everything, I don't see how she could have anticipated what Ayaan would do or say. Maybe she expected him to fight her? But to rip her clothes and threaten her with violence and a "fate worse than death?" I don't think so. Even she could not have planned Ayaan's behaviour.

Just because you despise Maya don't make meaningless comparisons. When the footage of Maya massaging Arjun in some behind the scenes video was released, I saw comments from you that "a rape is on its way". But now when Ayaan actually assaults Maya, you pretend it was not a sexual assault? You even compare Maya and Ayaan's incident to Sonia and Raj, who were ex lovers and Sonia was attempting seduction? When it doesn't work she accuses rape? How is what happened here even comparable?

I disagree both situations r completely different sonia seduces raj but when he rejects her she accuses of rape attempt here the situation is entirely different even if this was all mayas plan ayan did cross line with those dialogues and getting physical.

I do think though that this is mayas plan bcoz of some hints but still ayan was wrong until they show that the scene was a illusion 😆

I completely agree on this, I never felt that the actions of Maya were s**ual assault, yes they were criminal and bad but not s**ual but if felt that Maya was getting into r**e then the actions of Ayan definitely come into the definition of molestation.

P.S. I am still against the person who made personal r**e comment in response to that

I just ment to say that they both framed the man. Ofcourse situations were different but both raj and Ayan are framed. Raj was completely innocent. Ayan is wrong physically assaulting maya but no way a rapist.

How can you even compare Sonia and Maya. Sonia willingly had left Raj and when she was dissatisfied with her relation with her husband she tries to seduce Raj. When Raj rejects she makes attempt of rape.

When Maya massages her husband it is attempt of rape for you. But when Ayan physically assault Maya, molest her ripping apart her dress, she is framing him. Maya has not framed Ayan in assault. He has assaulted Maya.

If he was so concerned about his brother he should have gone to police station with Saanjh and then entered Maya's house with them. Not trespass into her property, attack her, talk D-grade language to her, rip her clothes and fall on top of her pinning her down.
