No, he will take Ayaan's side. At first, yes, it looks like he will take Maya's side. But I think he will change to Ayaan's side when it's falsely proven he didn't attempt raping her. Most likely someone will destroy the cctv video or something. I feel like Maya will loose the case and criminal will walk freely. I don't mind it going this way as long as Maya get justice after that. I want Maya to lose it all and completely and then rise from the ashes to win. She needs to lose one time big and completely for her to come out of her delusions and to finally for others to see her true as victim as she's the real victim in the show yet she has hidden all that under false confidence and pretence while others act like victims but the evil ones.

Well as of now I cant comment on whose side he would take, but whose ever side he takes, would definitely be the wrong person

He may just stay indecisive!
And allow matters to take its own course!
Not that he has any opinion on this painful controversy!
But, he knows his stand will hurt other party very well!
Knowing Maya's behaviour -notwithstanding whether he believes her version or not- he may not choose to go against her!
On the other hand, his only hope to escape for freedom will be nudged if he fails to support Sharmas!
So, he will hear out both sides & then dodge or stay diplomatic(?)!

He will support Maya till it is proved otherwise. However it is time for Maya to lose so she will come out of her delusions and face the reality. I don't mind if she loses this case as long as she gets justice.

Will Jhanvi or Arjun appear as prosecution witnesses?
If so, what will they say? What they could actually hear or what they were tutored to say!
Assuming Jhanvi is very ill & will not open her mouth, one may turn to Arjun what he will have to say on this!
Will Arjun be able to explain why he didn't or couldn't prevent his brother assaulting his wife, as he was present very much inside the house?
Or he too was so ill & hence could not intervene?

Arjun's conscience will be put to test!

Truth or pretence?
Freedom or Slavery?

His moment of truth has come, now!
His choice will seal his fate!

Saanjh standing with Sharmas & Arjun probably against will present an interesting but ironical situation!
Her ties with Sharmas is not only because of Arjun, but even without him!
Will it trouble Arjun when he faces VM & Ayan again? or he is done with them!
