Here's why Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is one of the most disturbing shows on Indian television!!!

The Bhalla family in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is just too bizarre!

So this is what migraine feels like! I would never have known had it not been for this brilliant show called Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. If you don't believe me, let me tell you what happened in the show recently. Shagun tells Mani about her miscarriage and they get all emotional about it. After that, they decide to adopt Aaliya legally, who is Mani's niece and raised by him after her parents die. Aaliya is set to marry Adi, who is Shagun's biological son with Raman before they got divorced. Shagun decides to give Ishita (Adi's stepmother and Raman's current wife) Adi's custody.

But Adi is Shagun's biological child. This might be the first time that two people will become brother and sister instead of husband and wife after marriage. Adi is still going to be Shagun's son since she gave birth to him. And mind you, Shagun is a mother of three kids already (Adi, Ruhi and Pihu). Aaliya already calls Mani Appa' and Shagun Shagun Maa.' Adi also calls Shagun Shagun Mumma.' Aaliya addresses Ishita as Amma' since Ishita has helped Mani raise Aaliya. And nobody sees how twisted this is! Absolutely no one in the family sees or even considers this abnormal, not even Adi and Aaliya. The Bhalla family tree is so twisted, it'll give you a tumour.
