Maya is definitely capable of killing, she can definitely be the killer

Maya is so mentally ill that there is no surprise she killed ashvin, pandit, that photographer etc. Or injured Jhanvi. She is very well capable.

About right left hand I don't think the writer himself haven't g8ven much thought but syringe is a big help

There were accusations on vandana BC she is a nurse and can use syringe, so now this clue points towards Maya. Not everyone can use a syringe to kill

It's not hard to use a syringe at all
There is no special technique needed to know
And plus maya used her right hand not her left hand

No Isha, u need skill to give an IV injection. You can't just poke somebody with a syringe. Only experienced ppl can do it.
