it was because she was hurt when he said,' tumhari bathon se kaam dard ko raha hai!' or sumthin like that..and then she just wanted to go and just was in denial and started saying a i hate you ...you know for being so rude..when he looked at her iwth concern...she ended up saying i love you ..also because he said but i love you!
