I guess as he realised that he he has missed out a lot in his life, he changed his plan...maybe Kameeni is not in loop with respect to changed plans ..Orthe CVs themselves are confused about Mahi and his characterization...

Moreover is Mahi related to the Oberois????...Both Sakthi and Pinky have not reacted to the idea of a shivaay lookalike(no flashbacks or deep thoughts..).so I presume twin or illegitimate track is out...

One thing is confirmed, masked man was ACP...is he a real Police Officer or fake like Mahi.
