"His coming late or even drinking on sets" wouldn't be an issue to replace a show which was constantly among top 5 shows in the era of K series where she replaced the yesteryear bignames like Rajiv, Smriti Irani, Varun Badola, Amar Upadhay etc. KP wasn't Ekta's first choice for Raman but he didn't have to do even a screen test for that role because she was very well about his talent. Ekta isn't outright supportive towards KP...he had to earn it. He did small challenging roles for two-three years to get a lead role and when he left Kasturi for Mahesh Manjerakar's film, things again went against him. His performance in Shootout at Wadala was the key, again small but powerful role pushed him forward. Ekta did support KP because she was sure of her choice and creatives were apprehensive but not the way that Sonali is portraying after she and her buddy Sandy had fall out with KP about show's content. 😆 Because of that, KP always expresses his gratefulness to Ekta but some people like you take that in a wrong way. Speaking of which, Ekta must be apprehensive about the creatives who were supposedly apprehensive about KP in the first place (Sonali and Sikcand),you didn't know, forgot or skip it cuz suddenly they are best buddies goal with dt and vivek?? Sonali had a fall out with Ekta and Sikcand was kicked out of Balaji literally and then he tried to snatch away Balaji's top actors (search google, you'd find tv's many big names by offering more to them to work for Sony and then Sony kicked him too. That crucial context went missing from your DT supporting KP and Kamya hypothesis. That was BCL time in Nov 2014, KP with Kamya and DT with SM were bashed by those ex-Divan fans. So DT asked them to stop cuz her ex-bf was getting bashed too and that originated from IF at that time...since the infamous mocking incidence. That whole incident is so laughable now when those fans changed favorites so many times but aap itne jaldi kaise vul gaye???
