Today's Vitharv scene was so beautiful and heart wrenching! They really needed this conversation and today Vividha felt the full effect of her impulsive decision 4 years ago!
When Madhav came running to Atharv & called him papa that was just too beautiful for words and Atharv asking him to repeat it again & again just he could hear his son whose existence he was not aware of and from whose life he had forcefully been kept apart from!
He told his son that he could feel a connection towards him from the time they met, to which Madhav asked confused "But we always fought" to which Atharv replied "That's because we are alike"
This baap-beta duo is going to be the death of me! I can't wait for more of their scenes now that they are fully aware of what their relation is!
Vividha was already crying and lamenting her poor decisions but it's impact pierced her heart and soul when Madhav said he had two papas! to the kid it seemed so simple, in fact he was happy and considered himself lucky that he had two papas but only Vividha knew just how messed up things were and that her one impulsive decision was the cause of it, she told Atharv in clear words that she was married to his brother and that she had been the one to ask Ravish to marry her and that he had married her knowing that she was pregnant.
Last time Vividha was married forcefully to Ravish so walking out was an easy decision to make and even then she drowned in guilt because she felt indebted to him. This time Vividha married him by her choice and on an impulse and she knows it would be a grave injustice to just walk over a guy who has done nothing but to support her when she was her most broken. So what hasn't changed? It's Vitharv's Love! Yes even after 4 yrs, despite all the mind games Atharv always felt this pull towards Vividha, there is no space even for his dhadkan to have a free movement because that's the kind of claim Vividha has over his heart! and Vivi's First instinct was to run into Atharv's arms, the only place that could provide her peace but she stopped herself because of the MS tied on her wrist (I wonder when we are going to be revealed the story behind this). The difference is crystal clear Atharv is whom her heart calls out to and Ravish is just an after thought!
P.S I only wanted to concentrate on the better parts of the episode and I couldn't listen properly to the scene where Vivi puts R's pain before A's (That's what I could gather from comments). and Also I wanted to mention that for the first time ever I was not annoyed watching R onscreen! and I actually liked how his mourning scene was written & played out, it was all the beautiful memories of his mom, followed by Vividha's rejection and here I don't think it was self pity that made him think of her rather the fact that his unrequited love was more of a nail that pierced his mom's heart than his own! and Also I loved the scene where Sujatha thought of all the moments where Suman had been negative to Atharv and Ravish thought of all the best memories of his Mother! I think today was the best episode of Ravish as a character & the makers did justice to all three central characters they want to focus on!
I don't know if they will turn Ravish Grey or completely negative but this seems like a good foundation to break Holier than thou image!
