Sure. When father is slapped and being called a thief at in-laws, and when one is asked to 'GET OUT' by everyone in the house, sure one should mend her ways and come back.

I hope in reality NO ONE tolerates such crap and happily moves on. This is one extreme wrong message in terms of parenting by Asha. It's due to mothers like her, daughters die at in-laws place 🤢

Really Asha is the best parent because she said some nice things about relationship to Sona?

Where was this Asha Best-Parent bose when they were homeless? Why did she instigate Sona to go fight for her self respect then? Why did she ask Sona to go and ask Dev then? Why didn't she teach Sona to sit and think calmly? Why didn't she walk up to Dev/Dixits to resolve the matter?

What Asha said today was irrelevant in that situation but yes, if we take it in isolation and use it as a life lesson #99, sure a great speech!

Like I wrote elsewhere: Only a person with migraine knows the pain. While Sona and Asha were i nthe same boat self respect was more important than compromise but today when Sona's problems are different to Asha's, compromise is bigger than self respect.

The problem is the characters change their tune and we dance to the tune we like!!
