But till yesterday he wasn't drunk? Meaning he will get drunk later?

I think Maya will kiss Arjun and in drunk state Arjun will go for Maya and than they will blur the camera to tell us ok thing is happening and next few days we will find Maya is really pregnant 😉

If Arjun consummates Maya in a drunk state, it still means that somewhere in his subconscious, he still loves her. a person cannot lie when he drinks.
