Yes... but they can go to the court ... even upto supreme court... Is thapki a judge..? She saw the video and gave up on that...?... Even if police didnt support, she must have gone to court... and immediately, the child would either be allowed to go with thapki or under someone else custody until the case is proved ... there are a lot of ways to proceed legal...
