Maya is not a bad wife, She never been, Her mistake is, She loved HIM MORE THEN herself. She should have remain doing what she was best in, keep him as is, never let him sit on her head, he would have been the puppy husband just like he made her feel b4, he would have done it after marriage too.

Actually it was her fault, she gave everything, once he got it all he got bored n started feel suffocated, lost interest because maya made him her world and he felt she lost herself in him.

I agree with you. She shouldn't have given the company responsibilities to him in the first place only to protect herself and her mother. She should have nominated the charitable trust even before Arjun came in her life. In this way too, she could have protected herself. She has made him sit on her head that is why Arjun took her for granted. That is her biggest mistake.

Actually when you love someone and forget yourself, that someone takes you for granted, feels suffocated, feels that you are not the girl he loved,

few days back i read article on a man saying why he cheated on his girl, telling us that she was the best woman any man would want, the one who would love what he love, do anything for him, think about him, do all for him, made him her life and what he did, he wrote, i was bored, i was tired so i met another girl and cheated the one i loved, the one who loved me but in the process forgot herself.

made him her world, care for him but he was sorry but not sorry, he felt she deserved it, she should have never let her identity die in the process, stay the woman he loved so he got bored n cheated on her, not really feeling sorry for his actions. when i replied on his article i wanted to punch the man face how dare you even saying so, she loved you, when girl love you u take her for granted but when girl don't give a shit about you, you would have run after her begging for love.

Here Arjun did the same, when Maya did not look at him he was after her trying his best to win her but when she did accept him, made him her world. he is started running from her which means, when you love someone don't forget yourself in the process.

Just after marriage, when maya announced she was pregnant , arjun went with sanj to a hotel telling her he is tired man and feels like jail it was new marriage and maya did not say anything to him when he was freely lying to her feeling flirt with other women but when she did he was saying sorry sorry and move on, maya kept seeing it silently fell more in love with him , made him her world, fear of losing him made her use cctv and keep open eye on him, the guy got bored, he got what he wanted, Now wants to be free again.

Maya made their life charming, from down to up.

Arjun who was worth nothing become the Boss.

Sanj who was nothing got good job and money .. went away made her life n returned.

I agree with you Maya was too lenient toward Arjun and he took advantage of that. If Maya was strict, perhaps things would have been different. But then she's madly in love with him and she trusts him so much so thats why she melted :(

Especially after coming to know that Arjun's not abusing Maya I think that Maya is the one who's at fault in the marriage, but she isn't doing it intentionally - I think it's a combination of genes from a dedicated lover who didn't stop loving her husband even after he abused her own daughter, and the torture she experienced at the hands of Ashwin - the torture made her desperate for any little love that she'd been deprived of for 24 years. It's made her mentally ill... it's not normal or healthy to be that obsessed with someone - and it's definitely not love. She needs medical help, and if Arjun has any chance of getting out of the prison he's in its either Samay and Maya after yesterday's episode or taking Maya to a psychiatrist...I mean Maya's had Depression and is clearly in need of mental assistance I don't understand why Arjun doesn't ever consider that and try to help her out 😵

There is a huge difference between marriage and jail, Maya doesn't know that. She is not his teacher who remained lenient with him when he didn't complete his homework. Even if he was not perfect, not loyal and all that, there is nothing she can do except let him go, or dump him if she knows there's something called self respect exist. You can't remain forcefully married with someone.

Completely agree - Maya isn't aware of that, that's what makes her such a unique character... she has no self respect, no understanding of love or what marriage means, and the importance of letting a person breathe and not controlling every aspect of their life including what they can and can't eat. For her it's just being able to possess Arjun... that's all that matters - he's like a toy for her that she never gets tired of, and she never will unless she gets medical help in my view :)
