Guddi is jealous. She does not love Atharv and she will not allow vitharv. Like dog in the manger. Good that Atharv has brushed aside and started to search for Madhav.

The ghunghatwali wants Madhav. Payal wants Madhav. Payal is not a good ghost, it seems.

After seeing the photo, atharv may get confused or get some clues.

Will Ravish forgive Vividha for losing Madhav?

May be Vividha didn't trust Ravish enough to leave her Son with him. Especially after him ignoring all the concerns she was raising
