ya even I know he won't realize his love but the small things he is doing for Naina, I agree he is just liking her attention and doing it because she treats her differently but still he is doing it na, and for me that's love...😳

and Naina will slowly make her place in his heart, but she is doing it just as a duty, but now on learning the truth she will also start go go out of the duty zone and do more for Karan unknowingly...

and I know it will take a long time for realization..😆 but I am enjoining this unrealized love and emotional bonding😳

hey agree with both of you 100% he likes her attention and loves talking to her sharing his doubts and I think that his love for her why he doesn't want her to know about his skin problem he think that she would be disgusted but finally he would be relived that she knows when naina tells him as per segment that it doesn't effect their relationship nor what she think of him
