Well, they're not supposed to but if they're around others who can do magic, the ministry can hardly detect who did it. That's why poor Harry always got the brunt end of the stick. Living in a an all muggle street, any magic that goes on there is blamed on Harry.

On top of that, though, it was Mr. Weasley that fixed Harry's glasses, not Hermione. The movies tend to add or delete things that weren't in the books at their own discretion.

what jane said is right

its not just hp 2

all hp movies have bloopers and some of them annoy u so much and wud think i never read that

i discovered in film 5 order of phoenix

and it was full of scenes which were not the way it was in the book

room of requierment is discovered by neville in the movie but in book dobby tells harry about that room

snape meets harry at sirius home to tell about occumlency lessons in the book where as in movie snape is summoned in dumbledore office and told right in front of everyone about occulmency and he drags him then and there for his first lesson

pensieve is not shown in book 5 when harry learns of snape worst memory

in the climax scene at ministry of magic ron and others r injured when harry runs after bellatrix

the entire scene is shot well but in the end we see all standing with dumbledore when voldemort escapes

in book 3 when sirius lupin wormtail all come out of shack snape is injured and unconscious but in movie snape comes out and is seen protecting harry, ron and hermoine by standing in front of lupin turned werewolf

i think there were many changes done in the film

i wish they had stuck to story line

I totally agree! The fifth and third movies especially irritated me, since I believed they didn't capture the essense of the two of the most moving and dramatic books.

I know that books are 100 times better than the movies but this was too insulting to true readers of the book. The sad thing is that those who have never read the books and just see the movies miss the true experience of Harry Potter!

I totally agree, the part that especially irritated me was, when they were at the ministry and Sirius fell though the Veil (it didn't look too much like a veil but anywho...). Harry was standing right behind him while in the books he was running towards him distressed and then Remus stops him half way while in the movie he's still standing there and Remus comes in which, IMO, made it even more odd. Harry has never been one to hesitate when it came to things like this so it's incredibly stupid to let him just stand there while his Godfather slips through some thing that he's never coming out of.

And why didn't we get to see Harry annihilating Dumbledore's office and the tangling brains in the ministry?!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a HP TV series (I think cartoons would easier and cheaper then actors and sets) where they would stay true to the books. It shouldn't be too hard to do if it's an year long series.

A TV series is a great idea! I also wanted the fight in the Atrium with Voldermort and Dumbledore to have a litte more sudstance.

So many more things were wrong with that movie in particular that I can't even say! 😕

thanks for replying guyz!!! I agree with all of you... they should stick to the storyline of the movies... for example in the fourth movie there was nothing at all about the house elves and S.P.E.W which were one of my favourite parts in the book!!! 😭 😭
