Who is the better actress Kajol,Priyanka,Kangana and Rani?

Rani, the all rounder.

All others are one dimensional actresses who excel in commercial or art.

Rani can play any character with 100% conviction.

Dance, romance, art, action any thing. She is an exceptional heroine. Other three lack one or more department compared to Rani.

Lets not get overboard. As if Rani and her retard "Charlie Chaplin" act in Black was exceptional. And now i remember the reason why i hate Rani fans on this board. Rani fans still mad that she is a has-been while Kajol is still in the game.

When it comes to doing justice to the roles they are playing, PC, KR and Rani all perform their characters to the T. The only reason I would put PC and KR above Rani is due to the fact that a lot of Rani's roles were repetitive and while she acted well and was believable, they were not unforgettable and many other actresses could have done justice to them. Her main "wow"/unique performances were Black &Aiyaa in my opinion. But a lot of her other roles were regular and she was replaceable. I can see PC or KR taking on a lot of her other roles and doing them justice because none of them seemed that difficult to portray. Even Aiyaa I can imagine PC or KR doing well. I think the biggest feather in PC and KR's caps is Fashion for both of these ladies. And then Barfi/Saat Koon maaf/Aitraaz for PC and Queen/TWM for KR. I can not see Rani doing the iconic roles that PC and KR have done.

Kajol also had very average roles but is not as consistent with acting as Rani is.
