On one hand vandana wants to kick Maya out of Arjun's life but on the other hand she is failing as a mother
If she is a good mother she would try to see things from Maya's POV too
She knows that Maya has had the worst parents ever and instead of sympathizing and filling that gap she is making Maya think that nothing comes easy in life and u have to use "either by hook or crook"...
