Jagger was at the Oscars after party.

He was not offended coz someone said Jagger is going to the Oscars, he was offended coz people said he's going with an airi gairi woman.

well if he was at the after-party then obviously he's the one that told her he's going to the Oscars in some regard hence she wrote "we" because they were flying out together. She never said she was attending with him... why would she? I really don't think PC is at fault anymore. He might have got upset at the overenthusiastic Indian media that started saying WITH etc but now I find his tweet even more unnecessary. cracky pants probably does this often.

anyways instead of focusing on this prick we should remember all the people in hollywood that have been super nice and welcoming to Priyanka.

Just yesterday Jessica Alba and other Hollywood celebrities were liking pics of Priyanka on instagram.

I don't think Mick Jagger is at fault at all. He can decide if he doesn't wish to be associated with her. Somebody sweeter may have avoided any comment but some people just don't take any bullshit from those who forget what their place is.
