Firstly I'm extremely sorry because I couldn't keep my promise and update on time. What more can I say other than life got into the way and I couldn't give the time this FF required but even my busy schedule couldn't make me forget this FF,. It nagged me just like you did and begged to continue. I'm grateful to each one of you who requested me to update because you made sure I found my words even when time made me lose them.
I cannot promise my the update after the next one (next update is scheduled for tomorrow) and hence I haven't updated the schedule. But I will the moment I know something for certain. Bear with me please, the next few updates might be a delayed but I promise this FF will be completed.
And the promise will not be broken
I will be updating this FF tomorrow. Till then please go through this piece of mine called Moth and the flame and do let me know what you think of it on my blog itself so that I get to treasure your words and re read them time and again
Regards
Aditi

SYNOPSIS
For there she stood, looking so beautiful that she seemed to light up the entire world. He took a step closer and felt a blast of warmth pour over him like alcohol, burning his insides, warding off the chill. He watched her shudder at the gust of cold wind, causing her bright glow to dim and flicker and all he wanted to do was spread his wings around her, shield her from the harsh wind and capture the warmth of her presence. He had seen others who cast their own light but none of them were her. She caused every thought, every reason to fade away till she was the only thought that lasted in his mind. There was a certain magic in her presence, a spell of warmth, an innate light. Her presence was breath and nothing had ever come close.
He was enamoured by her to such an extent that he didn't remember himself anymore. He had travelled miles in search of something that would pull him out of the shadows, in search of light, in search of her and now that he had found her, he didn't want to let her go. He didn't want to take a step back because he knew that the darkness lurked around the corner, waiting for him to slip, biding its time. He was scared to lose himself in the shadows once again, to disappear into the dark, for beyond that cloak of darkness resided a cold, lonely and a painful life. He was scared that if he flew out of that room, he would never find his way back. As long as he could stay beside her, he could pretend that the darkness wasn't there, never was, and would never be.
