Kapil's episode on Koffee with Karan gets DROPPED on a bitter note!

So there is a war for the cozy couch of Karan Johar, right before his cool chat show 'Koffee with Karan' (Star World) goes off air.

We had earlier reported about Comedy king Kapil Sharma appearing on KWK and that the episode was shot on November 18. Now as per the reports, someone close to the broadcaster has informed that they have decided to chop off the episode.

As per the claim, the episode wasn't very entertaining and reportedly, there was also an awkward moment in it. While shooting the episode, Karan had asked Kapil how come he took to Twitter so early in the morning? Didn't he have a girlfriend with whom he could spend the time instead?

Kapil was embarrassed and didn't know what to say. He told Karan that he is not comfortable answering such questions. He also commented that he himself never asks such questions to his guests when they come on his show.

But apart from this, ever since the news about the episode not airing has floated, the same has been connected with the rumoured rift between both the hosts.

The buzz is, at a recent award function, following his style, Kapil went on to make some funny comments about Karan. Also, while anchoring the segment, Kapil invited SRK to co-host the show while Karan was asked to leave the stage disrespectfully.

"You are my assistant and you may leave now," said Kapil to Karan. Apparently, this didn't go too well with Karan.

However, it would have been interesting to watch two amazing hosts together

Kapil is 100 times more respectful than Karan can ever dream of being.

And Kapil's hosting was the best part of Filmfare. SRK and Kapil together was laugh riot. You sucked. Couldn't even pronounce Bhumi Pednekar's last name properly.

Go start crying Jo.

Karans episode on kapils show that picture is showing was one of the better episodes. Karan was wonderful in it. I'm surprised to hear this because Kapil is never disrespectful towards his guests especially elders. His own mom sits on most of his shows. Since his dad died of cancer, he is close to his mom.

I watched Filmfare ..I don't remember any cold vibe between them.

Anyways Kapil is hardly the right guest for a Koffee with karan. he cannot afford to upset any star by rating them etc..because he needs them on his own show. Imagine jackie chan, West Indies cricketers Chris Gaye, Dwayne bravocricketer has come on his show..because his is a fun lighthearted show with no controversy creating stuff.

And he is basically a middle class guy with middleclassvalues so what can he bring to karans show which is nothing likethehi fi people that come.

This season has been such a borefest..there is nothing moretomilk from this show.

Hosting is all scripted and KJo would have agreed to it. Why all this natak later? That is Kapil's style of comedy teasing others but he makes fun of himself too and also apologises when he goes over board 😆 KJo should stop crying at every silly thing.
