Maybe in a hurry, the person left it there because someone else was approaching the scene of the crime. If it is one of the people attending the wedding, then they would have been in a rush to get back without anyone knowing that they are missing.
Or perhaps, as was said above, someone wants this to be known, possibly to ensure that everyone knows that it was a murder. But then again, that would have been known with the help of the post-mortem anyway.
Post mortem can only tell that heartattack was due to formation of air on blood vessels.. But how did that happen? Due to syringe or anyother reason cannot be pointed by post mortem.
I think if the syringe was not found, chances of it being a murder would be less..
I honestly feel syringe was purposefully left on murder scene.. Bcoz ashwin easily walked from his home to wedding scene, without being spotted. Means noone was there to help him or see him, so its very unlikely that killer left the syringe in rush.
