What was wih Filmfare this year? Extended advertisement for Jio?

Was it only me who felt these awards were organised to promote Jio?

SRK, Salman and even Sophie was promoting Jio

All of them tweeted advertising when Jio was about to be launched. Shows how much Ambani pays BW stars/BW that each of them has to lick his ass. Filmfare is always has a sponsor but never is that promoted to this stupid extent.

Shanky - Only person who comes close to Ambani is Vijay Mallya. They promoted his Airlines and everything !!

Its not always payment

A lot of stars do free promotion of bigwigs like ambanis for free.

Even before Indian idol they started Jio yeh Jio woh and during Filmfare more than awards it was Jio. Very annoying. Did Ambani family attend? I could not spot them.

No. No ambanis. There are too many awards shows. The organiser has to please the sponsor. When salman goes the length to push jio..I think whoever is head at jio is very pushy. It WD depend on who is negotiating. Otherwise salman doesn't get forced into anything.

With demonetization..I think it's no longer a cakewalk to get a good sponsor.
