From behind while talking to tia, her mom keeps looking at shivaay. She then goes to pinky and talks.
Shivaay is on a call with someone.
The other person says am your well wisher and something something. He asks well-wisher means I should do this that(not clear) and listens but doesn't talk anything.
My take: so I think the well wisher is Romi and I think without knowing that it is Romi or her connection with Mrs Kapoor, shivaay ll take her help but unfortunately she ll be killed. So I think shivaay ll not know that it was Romi or someone close to Kapoor's.
