I know a few of my friends they watch it online because their families have to watch something else. Kuch rang is more popular on social media than actual tv

I feel that these TRPs are mostly based on rural viewers who are fascinated by shows like Naaginetc. KRPKAB is an urban viewer's choice and as rightly pointed out, online viewership is more . Isn't online viewing counted for the TRPS?
