I really feel for all the people who think Shivaay will confess first, because I hardly doubt that will never happen. Looking at the recent OLVs... This is the closest that he has come to confessing anything.
With tum meri jindagi mein ho kyoun ki mein tumse...'. He has realized that he loves Anika but confessing it will not happen...ever. He wants Anika to understand the eehsaas' , dard', etc but will never say the words I Love You' .
I think Anika will confess first. I remember this show on DD called Farmaan', where the ML & FL are somewhat similar to our Shivika. He was a nawaab , rich up tight, proud UK returned yet Victorian in his thoughts and the FL was employed by his mother who ends up working for him. There too in the last episode it was the khuddar FL confessing her love. The ML pushed the FL to such an extent to confess her love for him. He too is rumoured to be engaged to be wed to somebody else. She breaks down and says Haan haan main apse pyaar karti hoon. Khush ... mubaarak ho nawaab sahib apko apki ek aur fatheh Mubarak ho. Aap jeet gaye ... main haar gayee." and the uptight ML softens and cups her face and says nahi... Jeeti to tum ho ...hara to main hoon'...and kisses her forehead and hugs her tight. There was no I love you', but was the most beautiful confession ever. That was in the late 80's early 90's.
I am foreseeing such a confession from Shivaay, where after Tia's exposure; Anika will still want to walk out. Shivaay pushes her further to confess and she does by breaking down and Shivaay is right next to her and says jeeti to tum ho'... for a proud man like Shivaay accepting that she has won is the kind of confession that will suit.
The only difference is that in Farmaan' the ML did not act like a pendulum. Shivaay behaves like he is altogether a different person and flips altogether.
I am still unable to digest his pain' at KKT's proposal of him marring Tia.
Come on, you were about to marry Tia (twice). Even after the marriage to Anika, he announced Tia as his wife. He made her sign the divorce papers (but did not sign them himself), also assured Tia and Mrs Kapoor that he would marry Tia, that too in front of Anika , showing complete lack of sensitivity towards her feelings. Repeatedly told Anika that not to act like his wife or take this marriage seriously. Then why this sudden talk about eshsaas and dard' ?? Why was it so intolerable to him when she has said the same thing??? Why not let the poor girl off and let her walk with her poor heart still intact. Because she is actually proposing something that you only wanted. But no you want to torture her by asking her to do all the preparations of your wedding!!!! WHY?????
