Jatin's daughter has surname Bose?

I don't understand why it isn't striking Dev that Jatin Roy's daughter cannot have a surname of Bose. Even if he feels Sonakshi and Jatin are married or are going to marry and suha calls sonakshi mamma already, then too can she have her second mother's surname?

Please think Dev. You're blinded by anger and disappointment.
