Some TV celebraties have more fans than some BW celebraties

I see some TV celebrities on IG or Twitter like Jennifer Winget and Divyanka Tripathi have so many followers where they get so many comments and likes than many BW actors actresses. So are some TV actors actresses more popular than flop or forgotten BW actors actresses?

Some are more popular.

However having more fans or followers does not mean a person is more talented than others.

Well fans likes actors actresses because of their talent and beauty, there are some BW actors actresses that doesn't either have fans or haters but most of the small screen celebrities have both.

Most of these account are Fans multiple accounts and bulk accounts created by their PR Team ...

Don't go by their Online Followers or Popularity , Its all Facade.

Yes they do. Unfortunately these fans are not the theater goers, they like to watch everything in their home... The reason why TV soap-esque movies like Sanam Re... Ramaiya Vastavaiya... A Flying Jatt got high TRP but bombed at box-office.

Yeah, they watch these actresses daily na, so craze kuch zyaada hai...and TBH some of them are prettier than movie actress :p

I still remember jab wo koi sobti karke ka ek film aane wala tha , bahut hype bana tha yahan par movie ek show ke baad hi utar gayi thi 😆

Online popularity is important too because there are many actors actresses that doesn't have movie release for long time especially actresses but they are still remembered because of online popularity, well people only go to theater to watch only few actors movies like the khans movies but not much for rest of the other actors actresses, otherwise shahid wouldn't have that many fans if boxoffice only matters for actors actresses popularity.

I don't think TV celebrities can afford PR because they usually don't earn that amount of money by doing a show to afford PR, well I do think jennifer and divyanka are quite popular in online especially on IG and Twitter, other people like barun, sanaya, mouni and many other TV celebrities have many fans too, maybe much more than some BW celebrities.

Yes, TV actors can have more fan following than Bollywood actors and there's nothing shocking in it. Television has a much more audience than films in India. Of course the tv audience will not come to watch these actors in theatres just like the movie audience will not watch bw actors on television. I mean shows like Bigg Boss, Satyamev Jayate and Sabse Shana Kaun didn't got earth shattering trp which had the biggest crowdpullers of bollywood as hosts. Both industries have different sets of viewers. It's just that Bollywood gives more profit.
