At an event today with her fitness trainer Rujuta Diwekar, Kareena spoke about her diet plan and what she is doing the to get back in shape.
"I have been following a diet and yes, I was insecure about my weight. PINKVILLA used to carry my pictures and have always been sweet. Saif and I love PV. But I read a comment on the photos that I am overweight. And I was like 'I need to get back.' I will soon lose weight but I want people to accept me in my this phase. I cannot stop doing things because of this," shared the yummy mummy.
Elaborating on her new diet regime, Bebo said, "I wanted to get into Tashan diet. But Rujuta said not to rush. I am eating rice both the times. I will gradually lose weight. I have been eating khichdi and Bajra roti, gud (jaggery), one spoon of ghee and a glass of milk every day. This is my food after pregnancy!"
Kareena looked radiant at the event and recently even walked the ramp for the Lakme Fashion Week.
