I don't think changing Kareena's character state would fundamentally alter the story. Moreover, it wouldn't be the first time nor the last that a script is altered to fit the actors.

I suppose they are basically going back to what they had initially planned. And I think it's commendable to the team for having incorporated Kareena's in the movie instead of kicking her out like it could have happened hadn't it been this team.

Working on a movie and doing a photoshoot don't require the same kind of energy. Kareena might have gotten ahead of herself and the pregnancy might have been more tiresome that she originally thought it'd be.

Anyways, it's better that she dropped the idea and put her and Taimur's health first instead of doing the movie to show that she could.
